Process Automation

Administrative processes that run themselves.

We build the custom systems that take over manual admin work — connected tools, automated workflows, internal apps, and dashboards. So your team can focus on what actually moves the needle.

The problem

Does any of this sound familiar?

Manually copying data from A to B

Every day, the same values shuttled between tools — Excel, CRM, mail, accounting. A task that grows with the business.

Assembling reports instead of analysing them

Hours go into collecting and formatting data — before a single question is even answered.

Admin doesn't scale with growth

More customers mean more applications, forms, status requests. Without systems, that means more headcount for the same clicking.

What we build

Lean systems that take the work.

Six areas where we deliver custom solutions for Swiss companies — modular, combinable, always tailored to the real process.

01

Custom forms & intake

Applications, enquiries, sign-ups — captured cleanly, routed straight to inbox, CRM, or notification channel.

02

Internal tools & mini-apps

Tailored apps for internal processes — requests, approvals, status tracking, data capture. Lean, focused, no SaaS lock-in.

03

Reporting dashboards

Live dashboards from multiple data sources (CRM, analytics, banking, ads) — one place instead of five tabs, always current, drillable.

04

API bridges

Get tools that don't talk to each other talking. Booking → CRM → email → calendar. No manual handoffs.

05

Notifications & alerts

Automated Slack, email, or SMS notifications on defined events — new enquiry, high revenue, low stock.

06

Custom web tools

Specific web tools for internal or customer use — configurators, analysers, comparison and capture tools.

Process

In 4 steps to live automation

01

Audit

We analyse your daily admin work with you and identify the processes whose automation pays back the fastest.

02

Design

We design the workflow together — which tools, which logic, which escalation and error paths. Before a single line of code is written.

03

Build

Lean, modular implementation — we pick the right tool per project. Custom code where needed, established workflow engines where it makes sense.

04

Iterate

Workflows evolve. We monitor, optimise, and extend continuously — adapting the system as your business changes.

Examples from practice

Two custom systems, anonymised.

Engineering example

Custom tracking analysis engine

For a business client we built a custom analysis tool that automatically processes raw tracking data (KML and Excel exports) and outputs a structured PDF report in the corporate design. The system independently detects stops, geocodes coordinates to real addresses, segments by day, and renders the finished document including maps and a table of contents.

Before

Several hours of manual analysis per report — exporting data, checking coordinates by hand, looking up addresses, assembling the document.

After

Tracker export in, finished PDF report out — in minutes, no human intervention.

Internal tool example

Custom project management tool replacing Trello

For a business client we replaced Trello with a custom-built internal project management tool. Instead of generic cards and standard boards, the tool mirrors the company's specific workflows one-to-one — with custom roles, escalation paths, automated status updates and built-in reporting straight from the system.

Before

Overview in Trello broke down as the team and project count grew. Cards landed in the wrong columns, status updates happened twice, new hires needed weeks before they found their way around.

After

Custom tool mirrors the real process exactly — overview scales with the team, new hires are productive within hours, status updates flow automatically to the right people.

Industries and use cases deliberately anonymised. We build custom engines and internal tools for confidential workflows too.

FAQ

Questions about automation

The most important answers around building, costs, and ongoing maintenance of automation systems.

Rule of thumb: anything repetitive with clear rules. Sorting applications, assembling reports, transferring data between tools, processing forms, sending notifications, keeping dashboards current. As soon as an employee says 'I do this exactly the same way every week', it's a candidate for automation.

A first working workflow is typically live in 2–4 weeks. More complex systems (internal tools, custom engines, multi-source dashboards) take 4–12 weeks. We always start with a clearly scoped first module and build out iteratively.

We build modularly: each integration is its own building block. If you switch CRMs, for example, we swap out only the relevant connector — the rest of the workflow stays untouched. That's exactly why we don't lock you into a single tool family.

No. You and your team use the finished systems through familiar interfaces — a web form, a dashboard, a Slack message. The tech behind it is our problem. Optionally you get short documentation if you want to adjust things internally.

On request — costs depend strongly on complexity, the number of involved systems, and required robustness. We start with an audit where we look at your processes and give concrete effort estimates for the prioritised workflows. Only then is there a binding offer.
